The architectural complex of Praça Germanica pays homage to the influence of German colonization in the municipality of Teófilo Otoni. The site has a monument in honor of the German settler and the imposing building of Cemig, which once functioned as a teaching college. During the Christmas period, Praça Germanica receives special lighting, in addition to choir performances and other musical attractions that make it even more interesting.
